Post Session Care
Remember that you have come through surgery and toxins have been released from your body and you need recovery time:
Get lots of rest.
Be kind to yourself.
Drink plenty of water.
You are a new person:
Keep on forgiving. Forgiving doesn’t mean that what the person did was okay. Forgiving frees you from being bound emotionally and mentally to that person.
Fear, anxiety, and worry are not part of you.
Actively resist the past hurts.
Actively resist negative thoughts.
Choose life! It’s as simple as saying “I choose life”.
Hang around positive people.
Practice an attitude of gratitude.
Do not gossip.
Speak life.
Do not grumble and complain.
