Post Session Care

Remember that you have come through surgery and toxins have been released from your body and you need recovery time:

  • Get lots of rest.

  • Be kind to yourself.

  • Drink plenty of water.

 You are a new person:

  • Keep on forgiving. Forgiving doesn’t mean that what the person did was okay. Forgiving frees you from being bound emotionally and mentally to that person.

  • Fear, anxiety, and worry are not part of you.

  • Actively resist the past hurts.

  • Actively resist negative thoughts.

  • Choose life! It’s as simple as saying “I choose life”.

  • Hang around positive people.

  • Practice an attitude of gratitude.

  • Do not gossip.

  • Speak life.

  • Do not grumble and complain.
